Outstanding take on Detroit style pies. Crust is light and airy, crispy as can be on edges and bottom. Sauce and cheese made with top notch ingredients. Overall a super quality pie and worth getting off the Patkway for.

This was my first time trying Bakeria1010 so i wasn’t sure what to get and ended up getting the “Pizzialo” which is what they describe as a “surprise with different tasteful artwork”. This was quite the expensive pizza and in my opinion didn’t hold up to its cost. The pepperoni was my favorite and the sausage and mushroom portion of the pizza were okay. The far right side of the pizza I had no clue what I was eating and the overall pie was a 5.8 🤷♂️

Excellent. Mike clearly knows what he’s doing.Fresh ingredients all around. Highly recommend this place. Sauce was delicious. Non sauce slices can be a bit dry. Good fluffiness to crisp ratio. Overall id give an 8.4 but in terms of thicker style pizza definitely deserving of an 8.7

Bakeria 1010 throws down a serious pie whether it’s Neapolitan, NY style, or square slices. You won’t miss! Mike’s recipe is bar none and everything is made fresh daily. You gotta try it!!

Dough and crust are great. Homemade bakery break they make their own. Sauce is alright cheese is good. Solid slice. This is what I got when I asked for a plain slice just warning you it’s Neapolitan style. Pretty good

The NY slice here is one it the best in the state. Cooked perfectly. The dough is incredibly light and tasty. Great pizza
