Bam Pizza Company

It’s a sausage onion pizza. The crust was almost perfect thinness for me however there was no crisp to it. Needed to be left in the oven a few more minutes. This was a fork & knife pizza. A lot of flop. Way too much cheese. All I tasted was cheese & sausage. Those flavors were good but I like to taste sauce also. This pizza possibly has potential if they’d bake it longer.

Had the luxury of trying this at my nephews bday party. From the beginning it looks decent. I grabbed a slice right out of the gates so it was still hot and fresh. Crust: This is their thin crust I assume and it’s actually thick. Too thick. Like an inch thick. My first bite thought was way too much crust. Didn’t get any crisp as it was pretty dense and doughy. Couple of these bad boys and you’ll be narcoleptic behind the wheel from an insulin dump. Sauce: Flavor was pretty standard. Nothing I’d drive across town for. Cheese: Standard mozzarella. Tad bit oily most likely from cooking it to fast. All in all it was an ok pizza, not the worst I’ve had but certainly not the best.

Decent pie. Serious flop, sauce and crust are the best part. I’m not a fork to pizza type person, but I feel like this is the best way to eat this one. They go heavy on whatever you order on the pie, but they need to ease up on the cheese. I’m gonna say 6.7, overall I enjoy this pizza.

We had ordered there “Chicago deep dish”. This is what showed up. Obviously it’s cheaper and faster to make. I wouldn’t give it to a homeless person.

Place looked really crappy from outside but we went in and the interior is actually nice. They have cool fountain drinks too. For pizza we got two Chicago style deep dish, one of them with sausage, and they were both really good. The regular deep dish was also 🔥. Weird location but a good pie.
