Different type of pizza. A lot of dough but at the same time very light. Crispy crust and great flavor. Tasted fresh, and well prepared. Pretty big too you’re not getting screwed

Its has good flavor but it’s just not really what I think of when I think of pizza, doesn’t have that smooth dense bread under the cheese. More like cheese and sauce on a loaf of bread.

I’m not as familiar with a Roman style pizza but this has to be an amazing introduction. First, the sauce is amazing. Such a great tang. The cheese is quality. No joke. The crust is delicious but it’s a thick style. That said, for a thick crust it was as light as it could be. Absolutely delicious.

Pretty good Za. Roman style pizza which is somewhere in between Chicago style and New York style pizza. Good sauce good crust a bit pricey. If you’re in the area check it out but probably not worth a special trip.

Disappointingly average. The dough is bready and salty and isn’t fully redeemed by the solid toppings.

Love the Roman style pizza. Nice change from deep dish pizza in Chicago.

A good occasional change up to deep dish when living in Chicago.
