Sauce is delicious, beautiful crisp, light and airy. I love this pizza, took about 10 min to come out. Drinks are delicious, I will be back.

Sauce is not great

Great crisp to the crust, which was the best part of the pizza. Cheese had the nice golden look to it. Little to zero grease. Just wish there was more sauce on it

Crust was light, airy and crispy. Spicy pepperoni was awesome and Roman style was great!

OMG. I apparently am on a hunt for AMAZING and DELICIOUS pizza... and Bar Cargo, I was not disappointed with The Queen. Garlic was added and had I requested extra sauce, honestly my score would have been higher. First off, the crunch! That airy non doughy filled crust is exactly what my heart desires! No flop to the under carriage and it was built like a champ! The tangy sauce to the crunchy crust is the perfect combination, for me. Now eat a middle piece, and the flavors come alive!! Because of the middle piece, I raised my score for Bar Cargo. I can't wait to try the white side! I will ABSOLUTELY be back. This is by far my favorite pizza spot

Hands down best pizza I’ve had in Chicago. The crunch factor is crazy. So crispy. Cheese is awesome. The only thing is I wish it had more sauce. I’d suggest asking for extra sauce if you come here. I will for sure be coming back for this pizza. I am now a Roman pizza fan for sure. If you have the chance, definitely come here, you won’t be disappointed.

Different type of pizza. A lot of dough but at the same time very light. Crispy crust and great flavor. Tasted fresh, and well prepared. Pretty big too you’re not getting screwed
