I love a thin crust but this one was undercooked and too thin, and couldn’t hold up to the cheese. As it got closer to the crust it got better. Pizza next to me looked much different so it seems like there’s inconsistencies in cooking.

Standard pie, good crisp

Moderate flop, needs a little more tomato sauce under the cheese, ranch was tangy and in a large container. +++

Nicely charred undercarriage. Has that crust that bounces back. Great cheese pull. Flavorful sauce. One of the best pizzas you can get in SA.

New York Style pizza is solid. Good crispy undercarriage, sauce has some tang, and the cheese comes correct. $10 large pies on Monday. Makes for a good date pizza.

High quality slice, best of had in San Antonio so far.

Blew my mind

Large pizza... 6 slices. This wasn’t cheese pizza- it was tease pizza. Tastes good but strikingly similar to Ellios frozen pizza which is a compliment and an insult at the same time. Definitely an okay date spot because of the nice bar and wine selection but I will not be returning. Wait does that mean I’m going to be single for the rest of my life?

A wolf in sheep’s clothing, except at first bite you are sure you are snacking on a sheep. The extra crispy crust starts off great, but once you reach the end of the slice it’s welcome wears off. Crust ends up too dry and crunchy. Cheese blend has an odd after taste. Sausage was great, overall ambiance of this place is excellent.

This pizza was ok. Sauce had some nice flavor but I was not sold on the cheese. 6.1
