Barley's Knoxville

Excellent pizza with a somewhat sweet crust. With a little less flop this would’ve earned itself an eight or better.

A little floppy, but over all reaaaaaal good.

Got it late so it was a little soggy, I’m accounting for that In my score, the crust is amazing and the meat is high quality but the sauce could be stronger: 7.2

Decent taste. Cheese was really good. Just kind of normal. A solid 6

Nothing but flop, soggy and wet... Really wasn’t good for a basic cheese!!!

Decent flop, sauce could be zestier, nice crisp on bottom but the top crust was too burnt Bonus review: sicilian: 7.2 phenomenal seasoning on crust but undercooked

Quality, go-to cheese pizza

No flop...decent but not great crunch from the crust. Sauce is really good and so is cheese. One of the better pizzas in Knoxville.
