Barro's Pizza

I have a real love hate relationship with Barro’s. I was raised on it so I hold a special place in my heart for it. I love it in the sense that it is entirely it’s own kind of pizza. However, it goes against everything that makes good pizza good. The crust is soft and chewy as opposed to crisp with nice bite, the sauce is unrecognizable when compared to many others, and the cheese is plentiful which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but it’s not necessarily what I’m looking for out of a traditional slice of pizza. Overall it’s good but don’t expect much more than good.
