Bart's Pizzeria

Bart’s has the thinnest pizza that i’ve ever had. It looks greasy but it really doesn’t have that grease drip. The cheese stays on the slices and doesnt get rubbery. Overall maybe a little salty, but not enough to really complain too much. The sauce is savory, i wish it had just a bit of sweetness. They definitely roll their dough, its the thickness of a flour tortilla. For being already boxed when i picked it up, it still had some decent crisp. For the area, you aren’t getting much better. Try this and try Leo’s if you want a more artisan style pizza, but Bart’s is its own unique style that deserves a try.
