Pizza Review
The slices here are pretty big in size but rather thin in thickness. Usually larger slices mean less quality in taste but that’s not the case here. Terrific crisp in each bite, thanks to the breadcrumbs spread underneath the pie to prevent moisture that creates sogginess. The crumbs extend to the outskirts of the crust creating an excellent crisp. The sauce is sweet, tangy and flavorful but they need to add more; the pie is a little dry because of its well-done nature that straddles the line of overcooked. The cheese is the most basic ingredient in this pizza and lacks any kind of ooze, but tasty nonetheless. Even though it’s a big pie, it’s still very light. As late night drunk pizza, this would rate in the high 8s; but as it stands, it’s a very solid pie sober too, settling in the high 7s.
