Unfortunately I got a slice that was just a bit overcooked. Where the char turned into a burnt toast type flavor. However, it was about as crispy and thin as a slice could get. And the flavor was okay. Add that all up and it still doesn’t make it to the 7s. Cooked perfectly it might challenge an 8. But can only rate what you’re served.

Sister location to the Hoboken but I figured it deserves the bump it’s earned. Basile’s is the goat slice of Hoboken, it’s crazy that something is so good and consistent, you can get until 4 am. Boo hoo about the even score
