Pros: Sturdy slice with a decently charred undercarriage, good amount of seasoning in there Cons: Cheese doesn't reheat well, best to avoid non-fresh slices. Crust is more chewy than appearance suggests, very little grease Verdict: Strongly seasoned sauce, fair sauce to cheese ratio. The flavor is unique but I'm not certain I like it. Disclaimer: Slice purchased during a slow hour, so it's likely a fresh pie could be significantly better. My score is based on the slice they sold me.
