Great crust. A little floppy due to the chili oil used, so the toppings fell off. But overall very good.

Was looking forward to this pizza. Taste was great, dough tasted fresh, sauce had a tang, cheese was good and basil added to the freshness. If they would have left it for another 2 minutes in the over it would be high 7’s maybe 8’s. Dough was somewhat soggy in the middle with no crisp. I’ll try again but this review I have to keep it real

Ordered several pies, the one pictured is the four cheese. All were extremely floppy, which was disappointing. Couldn’t hardly pick the slice up. However, the flavor of the sauce and dough were excellent. And the spicy Italian sausage was the best I’ve had. You can tell they are using high quality ingredients. If they had the crispness dialed in could have easily been in the 8’s. Overall nice spot. A little pricey, $16-$20 for a 12” pie.

Good pie. Ask for half cheese half pep, got all pep. Slight flop. Sauce is tangy. Cheese is pretty good. Would like to try a normal cheese pizza. Will come back

Extremely floppy. Date pizza. Sauce is a little week. However the wood Fire crust with the cheese is it’s saving grace. Will eat here again.

Very good pizza. Great sauce and everything tastes so fresh. A nice change up from all the NYC style pizza in St. Pete.

Alright Frankie you know the rules one bite only! Good for Neapolitan pizza. Cheese and sauce are very tasty. Crust taste a little burnt. Overall good pizza

Bavaro’s Neapolitan pie. Very good sauce and ingredients. Not a huge Neapolitan fan but this one is definitely worth trying

Super floppy but the sauce is on point. Not sure this pizza qualifies as a standard cheese but I like it. Overall this and the tomato soup are helping me feel better with this gnarly cold

One bite, everyone knows the rules. Not usually a Neapolitan style pizza guy, but who am I kidding, if it’s pizza I’ll eat it. Am I right? As far as the Neapolitan style goes, they nailed it. Just thick enough to not flop over and lose all the toppings when you pick it up. Another important component of this style of pizza is doing the crust right. Probably one of the best executed Neapolitan style crusts I’ve had so far. Well done.
