Bavaro's Pizza Napoletana & Pastaria

Dough was undercooked and sauce was watery. Didn’t finish.

Pizza was fantastic. Very flavorful on all counts. The crust is really floppy or this would have been at higher score.

The basil tastes like it was grown behind the building it’s so fresh. Too much ricotta for my liking but a good pizza.

Good oven fire char on a great crust. Typical Neapolitan pizza. Flavorful sauce with minimal cheese. Could of had a bit more.

Left before I could take picture. But, it’s your basic Neapolitan pizza. Good sauce, fancy cheese, nice crust. I start off all Neapolitan at a 7.2, this is no exception. Would recommend if you like Italian food though, they have really good pastas!

Good pizza. Pretty floppy, most of the toppings fell off lol. Crust is awesome, sauce is great. A little burnt tasting. Solid slice

Real deal spot. Pizza cooked in 2 minutes. Got the burrata pizza which is a wet mozzarella. Solid pizza I would eat again no question

Little floppy. Not enough sauce. Some bites were almost dry. If you like cheese, this isn’t your style. 1/3 of the pie doesn’t have any.

Ok pie. Good cheese but Crust was burnt a little to much. Pasta is really good here though

The crust saved it. The crust is the star everything else is lackluster

This pizza is perfection. From the chewy crust with just the right amount of char, to the homemade tomato sauce to the melted mozzarella. Absolutely delicious.

Different pizza. Meant to be eaten with knife and fork. Not my favorite style but all ingredients are excellent. Crust too thin on bottom but ends are great
