Bayview Pizza & Grill

Yea, I should have known from looking at the 500 items on their menu that it wouldn’t be good. I ordered 2 pizzas. A pepperoni and a “buffalo” chicken. It gets here and I immediately taste the pepperoni. It was a long flight and I’m starving at 3 am. Anything is gonna taste decent. The pepperoni was not the worst but definitely nothing you order more than once if ANYTHING is open. It was good enough to eat, though it did have a chef boyardee taste to it. Which brings me to the other pizza and wings. It literally has not the slightest buffalo taste to it at all. I call in the politely complain and he was going back and forth with me telling me he put buffalo sauce on it. So then I taste the wings. Same thing, absolutely no buffalo flavor to them at all. He reluctantly says that he would send another pizza out and you could tell he didn’t want to. I tell him no, just send me some buffalo sauce. He does and I know exactly what the problem is now. The buffalo sauce smells like a tub of butter. So they are either mixing it with like 90% butter and 10% hot sauce, or they are using some terrible quality prepare buffalo that does the same thing. Margarine is oil, and heating it up literally turns it into greasy liquid.. so if you guys ever read this, that’s what you’re doing wrong. Not sure why I have to give you guys a cooking lesson but ok ;)
