This pizza is a knock out in every way, shape, and form. The owner is a 1 man show, who only puts out pizza that is perfection. The crust always perfectly crisp and never burnt. The sauce will make your taste buds start doing cart wheels. The cheese is so damn good that you cant help but wonder why doesn’t every pizza place have cheese like this. This place is one of those places that has a cult following and is literally in an abandoned shopping center. So if you know, you know . I grew up in Philly and moved to NYC before moving out west and sad to say this is better then east coast pizza.

Some of the closest Pizza you can find in comparison to New York New Jersey Pizza. A little bit thinner but it was very good and I was impressed. California just does not have good pizza but this place does.

An easy 9.6. Best pizza I’ve ever had, and I can’t say it’s particularly close. I’ve tried pizza all over California, and multiple states. This is for sure the best pizza in all of California. Great undercarriage, browning of the cheese on top, perfect crisp, chewy crust, and a delicious taste. Pizza isn’t too heavy, and you won’t feel like a blimp after eating. Dave will easily declare this the best pizza in CA, if he ever makes it down here. Owners are super cool too, and bake some great sweets. Worth driving from LA to try this place.

Paul makes the best pizza in Orange County. Period. In the last few years, we have gotten some really great new places in the area but this tops them all. Last night I got the Whipped Butternut + Bacon and this has to be one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I love a marinara pie as much as anyone, but I prefer these more unique pies from Paul.

Really greasy pizza. Maybe it’s the peoperonis? Lots of flop. Solid taste. Crust is money. Like it was baked in a bakery ;) very good pizza

Incredibly nice people at this place. The crust is great. Good cheese. I wish the sauce came through a bit more. They only do pick up, so getting it from a box hurts a bit. They have a potato pizza that I would rate in the mid to upper 8s, it was that good. Best pizza in California so far, but northeast still king.

By far the best pizza in OC, and easily the best pizza I’ve personally tried. While I’d like for this hidden gem to stay lowkey so that Paul doesn’t sell out every night before I can order, this spot deserves all the acclaim it can get. Sourdough crust cooked to perfection, fresh ingredients, and unique offerings that update regularly. My personal favorite is the Sausage + Honey + Chili - perfect pairing of sweet & spicy. Do yourself a favor and try this place ASAP. Only open Thursday-Sunday 4:30-9pm so plan accordingly.

This was a great Pizza , good flavors, great dough, well cooked. Very very tasty. I could do without the shredded cheese around the edge. But I’ll order it that way next time. If you are looking for a great pizza tho…try this place.

Some of if not the best pizza I’ve had in OC. Super thin and crisper with no flop. A tad bit greasy but overall super good stuff. Everyone knows the rules.

Absolutely spectacular pizza. The style is a fusion between NY and Neapolitan. Crust is out of this world. This place will definitely blow up.

You will not get a better pizza in Orange County. The crust is one of the best I have ever had. The different cheeses and the sweet tomato sauce compliment perfectly. Get here as soon as you can!

Great pizza! The sauce was a bit thick and sweet for my liking but still really good. The crust was maybe the best I’ve ever had. I’ll be going back!
