Alright Frankie, this is a pretty damn good pie. Some of the best cheese I’ve ever had. Sauce is excellent. That’s a review.

Nice tang! Not too much of a crisp. Definitely get an outside slice. Not sure how much this cost, but it was a decent pie. If it was cooked a little longer this would be a higher score. Ingredients including cheese and sauce are pretty tasty, just needs a better oven or keep it in longer. 7.1 for now

If they stuck the toping on top of the cheese instead of underneath the cheese my ranking would have possibly been higher. However everybody knows the rules one bite (one slice) you get one chance. I am not a fan of raw pepperoni and onions because of them being below the cheese while cooked. The dough was good had a nice under carriage and crust had some nice crunch. Pie was cooked perfect
