Served Luke warm in 1-2 minutes. Fresh pie out of the oven a few minutes before I arrived. There was zero Montgomery crisp and a heavy 10922 flop. First bite score: 6.7 (I had to have it reheated) The sauce is very sweet with decent tang and average seasoning. The mozzarella is very high quality with good salinity but a tad greasy. The dough recipe is very old school with a slight aftertaste of flour. The crust has good flavor and chew. The undercarriage is almost perfect, balancing a very thin, crispy crunch while remaining light and airy. Sub Score: 8.1 Subtractions have to be made for the reheating and slight inconsistencies regarding the ratios of the slices elements. This is one of the stronger slices in the area. A must try!!! Final Score...

I make pizza now. So my pizza IQ has drastically jumped up, if I say so myself. I only say that because I can tell that this dough has a shit ton on oil/shortening in the dough recipe. Wouldn't be shocked if it exceeded 5% in baker's percentages. Anyway, I've never seen more excess semolina on the bottom of the crust than at this place. That's a sign either the pie man has difficulty launching pies, maybe cause the dough's wet or they're inexperienced. I know from experience, heh. Slice is thin from tip to toe, sauce not tomatoey, but not particularly seasoned, no trace of garlic or oregano, basil, or much salt, cheese perfectly fine. As I mentioned at the start the dough has so much oil in it it ain’t crisp but nether is it chewy. Writing this review over a week later so forgot some of the details. But on my personal scale that gets 6.7.

Solid pizza, not bad. Virtually no salt on this thing at all. Crunchy crust but not balanced, just some parts of the pie…no drip and a little on the floppy side. If you have high sodium then come here for a bite!

So happy with the selection! I am a very picky pizza person and was beyond thrilled with the options. I tried their house sexy pizza and it was FAB! and a side of meatballs, which is a must try. My husband scarfed a chicken parm slice and Sicilian slice with their house soda and we finished it off with their homemade gelato. DEFINITELY COME HERE FOR THE PIZZA ... and CONTINUE TO TRY THE REST OF THE GOODIES. You won’t be disappointed!!

First thing that stands out for me is the cheese. It’s great, although I did ask for extra cheese. Good sauce flavor as well. The crust could be crispier, and there’s a heavy amount of grease involved. Disregard the pepperoni, but this is a solid pizza. Not great, but overall good.
