Solid artisan style pizza. After seeing the margherita style come out, I’d have gone with that. But, unlike the other one bite reviews left for this establishment, have to go with the gold standard cheese pizza.

Good pizza. Hit the spot after a day at Lake Louise. Ordered the Double Double and a margarita. Double Double was loaded with cheese and Pepperoni causing the thin crust to cave under the pressure.

Not my style but the flavor and crust were solid.

Went with the Canadian pizza which had mushroom, bacon, pepperoni, and maple syrup on it. They also served the pizza with a side of honey and chili aioli. When you mixed the two together and dipped the pizza in it was magical. It has a little bit of heat, but it was very good. I think the US needs to bring that idea back to the states. The maple syrup was very subtle and provided a hint of sweetness. You couldn’t even tell it was maple syrup honestly. There was also the perfect amount of cheese on this pizza as well. I was a real big fan of this pizza and have been very impressed with the Canadian cuisine I’ve tried while on my vacation.

Some pretty good pizza here in the beautiful mountain town of Banff! The pizza was cooked excellently. There was a good crisp throughout the undercarriage the whole way. The cheese was very tasty and the sauce wasn’t half bad either. They sprinkled a little bit of sea salt on top of the pizza, and it actually provided good texture and flavor. I thought it might make the pizza too salty, but since there wasn’t really any grease it worked out great. The basil garnish on top of the pizza didn’t really affect the flavor of the pizza too much. That was a little disappointing, considering I had the best tasting basil I’ve ever had in Calgary a couple days ago. All in all, if you are in town and are looking for pizza you should check this place out. It satisfied my cheese pizza needs, and there’s plenty of other speciality pies to try if you aren’t as boring as me.

Score based mostly on the unique flavor. Good crust, good char on the undercarriage. Maybe a little bit much on the cheese. Elk sausage and Kale 12” pie

The Spainard- Great pizza! Cool spot. Chill oil and honey is served with the pizza which makes a great addition. Double Double pizza is also a fav.

Italian pizza Canadian style with chili oil and honey to dip in. Loved the chili oil and honey addition. Something different and added some great flavor. Not too spicy as the honey kind of dilutes it. No flop and very flavorful crust. Ingredients tasted fresh and I loved it.

All meat Canadian pizza! Taste better than it looks. Minimal flop! Honey mixed with chili aoli..Canadian thing? Either way good combination.
