Bedrocks - Romeoville

Not a ton of spots in the area, so this is the only I’ve done so far. It’s a decent bar pie. The dough is airy and fresh though a little more time in the oven may be a bit better. I was ordering for a crowd, so normally I’d go well-done, but didn’t want to risk it. Toppings were substantial had an almost buttery taste too it. I liked it. Toppings under the cheese is always a huge plus. Overall, not going to blow your socks off, but with a great beer selection, this paired rather well. A crowd pleaser for parties. No complaints here!
