This pizza made me want to drink a bottle of rumplemintz and go see John Mayer, it made me want to punch an elevator and scream in the face of my enemies. It made me want to play a football game in Michael Vick cleats 3 sizes too big and cuddle with a pig in my front yard. After eating this pizza I invested in Bitcoin at 6k, bought a bar and got engaged. This pizza changed my life and it can change yours too.

Great bar pizza! Back end of each slice is kinda sublime with the thin crunch and char. One of the only pizza in westchester not football so this is a gem.

Beekman Ale House, this is a special bar pie. That lip crust and tang sauce tickles the taste buds. Definitely a must stop.

Great place! But the pizza was alright. Awesome atmosphere to come and chill.

Bar style pizza, a little on the greasy side (oils from cheese??) Good flavor overall, a solid bar pie! Crust on the softer side too, unlike other bar pies (where the consistency is more like a cracker) But after a day of hiking ‘breakneck ridge trail’, this was probably the best pizza within 40 minute proximity.

The home of the headless horseman has a hidden gem of a pizza place. Very good bar pie. Thin and crispy. Cooked near perfection. Good sauce and cheese ratio. A little bit more grease than you would want, but it adds to the flavor. Portnoy should visit here. Totally up his alley.

Good bar pie, thin and crispy. Dough used needs a bit more flavor and is masked by a charred (somewhat burnt) oven taste. Sauce and cheese quality is average. Will say this place is awesome, and a great pie to enjoy over some beers and football.

Excellent hot oil bar pizza….better than Rikos, a hair below Colony Grill…no grease or flop, great flavor…could use a touch more crisp. Great environment, great pizza

Hot Oil Pie, 6pm on a Friday, $10 Pros: A top flight bar pie. Excellent crunch on the burnt cheese crust. Great color underneath. Overall quite delicious Cons: Like an earlier reviewer said, it’s light on sauce but I suspect more might adversely effect the amazing crispy structure. Not much wrong here, really good pizza Verdict: Probably the second best in this category I’ve had, behind Colony Grill. I prefer this to Riko’s, which is also very good. I’ll definitely be back here again, it’s worth the visit

What? 7.2! Bar style ain’t my favorite style, I’m thinking. So right off the bat, take that into your thoughts on my opinion here. But it's good if you like this style. To be clear, it’s not like I *don’t* like it. I just prefer NY style, the "nice" Brooklyn style (Di Fara, Lucali), Neapolitana, New Haven, and other styles over it. But I’m gonna give you an idea here what you might like or dislike about it at the end of the review. First, look at the pictures from this place. Pies are covered in mozzarella edge to the edge, barely a cornicione. Plus there’s burnt cheese on the edges, like with Detroit style pizza. But since this is a crispy, cracker thin like crust, it's not as prominent on this style pie. Crust was literally crack-like. I mean, even in texture, it's all crispy and on the dryer side. Nicely browned undercarriage, not charred. Not chewy or airy. Definitely light though. You get a spider's web of mozzarella on top. Salty cheee, no grease in sight. I got mine straight out the oven and ate it just a few minutes afterward. Sauce is light on this pie, at least on mine. Other pictures I see look saucier. I would've preferred that. I can't even say more than that about the sauce. It's barely there. So why the low score with all these 9s and 10s being thrown around? This style is dry and cracker-like and salty, which makes sense as the whole point is to get you to buy drinks. But I don't like that that much. I like the thinness and lightness of it but I prefer the crust airy and fermented and less crispy and dry. I like more sauce and a flavorful sauce either in the sweetness from crushed San Marzanos or from the seasonings like oregano, basil, or garlic in the sauce. So from all that, if it sounds up your alley, get it. I do have to give it points for the burnt cheese edge to edge and the uniqueness of bar style being sold up here (but down from me) in Sleepy Hollow, compared to all the high 6s and low 7s rated New York style slice joints you can find anywhere up here. By the way, Beekman Ale is a nice date spot with a mix of neighborhood people and out of towners. I also had a slice of the Roasted Vegetable pie, which gave it an extra flavor because of the vegetables but doesn't really alter my score, 7.3 on that. Anyway, I respect and will try more bar style but I'm thinking it's probably not my favorite.

I give this place the highest score I have ever given and lower the score. Sorry folks. This place is great, atmosphere, service. Crust is thin and well done. Sauce has flavor and cheese is proportional. You will enjoy this place, strait pie or date night.

Great thin crust pizza! Crisp and full of flavor! If you’re in the area you should definitely stop by

If someone says bar pie, this is what they mean, as close to perfect bar pizza as you can get, cheese on top & hot honey on the bottom in the photo

Excellent pie. Very delicious. Definitely worth the trip if you don’t live near by. Best bar pizza I’ve ever had. No NY flop. Very crispy all the down to the crust. Sauce is tangy. And just the right amount of cheese. Also ordered garlic knots which were very delicious as well

What can I say! My favorite spot to hit when I’m heading back into nyc- pizza is unbelievable! The owners (very cute) are welcoming and know how to make you feel like you’re at home
