A little late on my review, I had this pizza last week while visiting the post office, I ordered a fresh large to go. My score is a Greek pizza score, BUT it also outscores many of the NY style pizzas in Norwalk on an overall scale. In fact I think it’s like a Greek/NY fusion because of the quality, quantity and taste of the sauce. I agree with the other reviewer that this style is not my favorite, but I do love it and crave it quite often. I’ve had Greek pizza from the big names in the area, all of them! This pizza is the best Greek pizza in town, yep without a doubt. I said it. Here’s why, they all have the airy crispy crust and the large amount of cheese like the others, but what sets this pizza apart is the sauce, it’s really really good. They’re doing what I wish the other Greek pizza joints would do, add a little more sauce. The others have basically a trace and it really affects the outcome. Everyone, including the other reviewer commented on the grease. Well, it’s a product of the ratio of cheese used in this style pizza, they’re all greasy, and let’s clear that up, it’s basically the by product of the cheese and it’s really like a butter fat and not grease at all. When scoring it as a Greek pizza you can’t deduct points because of it, it would be like deducting points from a New Haven pizza because the end crust is charred. Anyway here’s my honest score and it’s better than any other Greek pizza in Norwalk, Darien and Stamford. And if the squares are your thing I’d imagine they could cut it in squares if you ask. Thanks
