I don’t go to Meadville very often but I would go there again just for this. A nice crunch on the outer crust, but the middle was pretty floppy. Ended up eating this with a knife and fork because it was so sloppy but it was either that or wait for it to cool down a little, I guess, and I wasn’t about to do that. I’m not afraid of silverware. Flavor on this was really good and I really fell in love with this cheese, something that usually doesn’t really jump out at me unless it’s really bad or really good. This cheese was exceptionally good.
