OK, well here we are on a beautiful Monday. Had an amazing weekend out in Fire Island. And if you can believe it, I’m gonna be 50 that’s right 50, next Monday. Big party coming up this Saturday. And I wanted to get a review in. Not sure I’ll have one in before I turned 50. But hoping to.So it’s a pretty significant review. And I try to pick a good place. But it doesn’t really matter, cause it’s a gorgeous day, and we’re doing what we love. The place is called Bella Cucina, located in West Islip. Hoping it’s really good. And I have to say, it looks really good. And it does not disappoint. It’s crunchy, there’s no flop, it has a really good taste. And it’s kind of thin and light. Almost football pizza. Which by the way is less than a month away. Crazy. But good all around pizza.

Solid slice. Good undercarriage. Not much flop. Delicious sauce. Could use a bit more crunch.

Penne a la vodka & vodka grandma slices

Vodka slice tasted like an ellios frozen pizza with bad vodka sauce on it 4.7 The regular was average. Sauce and cheese good , crust so so 7.1

Not much to say but an average slice. Not sure if it just the day that I went, compared to the other reviews.

Crisp crust. Cheese had good coverage and very nice flavor with a little oil. Sauce was slightly bland. Solid slice. But nothing amazing.

Birthday Pizza!!!!! In terms of aesthetics Bella Cucina puts out a beautiful product. Sharp looking pie with some nice crust, great cheese coverage with some shine from the oil. In terms of flavor the cheese has great taste but the story ends there. Sauce and dough are forgettable. Dough was slightly thick and is alittle rough to get through. This is Def a working man's pizza. Nothing fancy if not slightly forgettable Overall it's a good quality product but nothing spectacular. If you lived up the road you'd eat this pizza twice a month and you'd never know the name of the place! That's a review!

Old school plain cheese slice that tastes like you’re back in 1994 when people weren’t soft. Highly recommended.

Great slice, I’ve had both the grandma and cheese pies can’t go wrong with either
