Personal margherita. Very good pie. Nice airy crust, fresh mozzarella that is probably homemade, and good sauce. It’s also cooked in a wood fire oven. This place is underrated, as it is definitely one of the best pizzas around, and I don’t hear much talk about it.

Alright, Frankie. Let me start off by saying this is a margherita pie done with more cheese than most places. That’s a plus. I guess it’s more of a fancy pizza dressed for casual Friday. One bite everyone knows the rules. Wood fired crust has some flop. Vibrant red sauce has good flavor and good cheese ratio. High quality ingredients and great taste. Crust has a nice chew but would prefer it to have a little more crunch. I think if you are like me and like a little crunch asking for it well done should do the trick. That being said, one bite everyone knows the rules, 8.2. A little crispier crust and this pie can easily be 8.6 - 8.9
