Cheese - as expected, completely neutral since it’s just mozz. That however, makes great dough and sauce an imperative
Dough - void of taste or pedigree. In fact, it tastes king of lousy on the dough only bite. Unfortunately, it’s bad news
Sauce - completely void of sweetness. Very acidic. I’m a sauce guy, was extremely hungry, and tossed this despite the heavy amount of sauce used. Acid bomb
