Lil slop, no flop. Fantastic exposure. Good cheese/sauce/dough ratio. However the quality of ingredients could be a little fresher. Crust left a little something to be desired. Overall surprisingly good for North Carolina pie.

Just off looks, this pie had me assuming a score in the high 7s, possibly low 8s. Zero flop here. Undercarriage lacking some char. Flavors good. Crust is solid. I’m going, 7.6. That’s a review.

Pretty average slices. First slice had a very thin spot and almost fell apart. A little chewy on the crust. Nothing wrong but nothing remarkable.
