I know Steve thinks all Neapolitan pizzas are 6.8, but this has a crisp like no other. The char was amazing. It was a glorious pizza.

Unique pizza joint in Nashville. Tangy sauce and charcoaled undercarriage from being wood fired made it very flavorful. Despite the chalky burnt undercarriage it was surprisingly floppy and doughy. Still demolished it though

Best pie in Nashville, Hands down. I’m telling you one bite into this pie I had a one way ticket inside the city limits of flavor town.

This is tremendous Neapolitan pizza. Perfectly cooked Leopard undercarriage. Perfect Neapolitan style. This is in a small area of the Nashville market and may be hard to get into but this is worth stopping by and checking out. The ingredients were ultra fresh.

Crust was really good, not too much flop, but the sauce could have used more flavor.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Dough is crispy on the outside, soft and perfect on the inside. Floppy but in the best way. Toppings are super high quality. Cheese is VERY light on the cheese which makes me wish there was more. Basil is good. The sauce is a pinch sweet but overall it’s so so good.

Good flavoring but alright as a whole. Too much flop and very little crisp. Wouldn’t say it’s the best Nashville has to offer but might return if in the area

Not a lot of sauce and would be a bit doughy for Portnoy's taste, but I personally love the coal-fire style!

Good pizza wish it hade better cheese

This was more of a flat bread than it was a pizza. Very thin crust with zero flop. Could’ve used more sauce and cheese. The sauce that was there was pretty good. Could’ve been a 7.3 with more sauce but as it was, it’s a 6.2.
