Bella Pizza and Pasta House

Didn’t realize this was located right across from Vince the pizza prince (bitter rivals) but got to chat with the owner big daddy, great guy and fun to talk to (ask to make Marionis style next time). The thin NY style round is surprisingly the star here, it’s got an interesting cheese blend, the sauce is solid, and the actual crust has a nice balanced crunch to it, but even the regular sauce half is very floppy and sloppy which holds it back (regular sauce might even be too much). The old forge i think is supposed to be what they’re known for but the crust is too thick and bland, cheese is bleh compared to other old forge style, and sauce is just fine (prob go like 7.7 on that). Overall would come back for the people to try more of the menu.
