Unfortunately, heading in, I knew that a lot of Hoosiers have decreased this pizza’s rating. A lot of complaints have been about it being too greasy, too big.
Yes. This pizza was greasy, cheesy, big. The elements of a pizza that make a pizza a pizza.
It had a great sauce and the slice was just the right size. The crunch was spot on and the fold was marvelous. All in all, Bella Pizzeria has the best damn pizza in the city of Indianapolis, probably the state of Indiana. High praise for pizza that’s made the right way.
