Bella Vita Pizzeria

This was the new "grandma pie". This was damn good. This is a thin crust Sicilian, and when I say thin, I mean thin! It was barely thicker than a regular Jersey pie. It was however, nice & crispy. Even the outer crust, while there wasn't much, was very tasty. Cheese was pretty good, had a nice bit of grease. The sauce here was amazing. Great tang to it. Has a tiny bit of basil on top, which I'm never really a fan of, but eh, it looks nice I guess. You can taste the EVOO too, which is nice. Best when eaten hot, as when it cooled down the pizza just didn't have the same awesomeness. Great pie Bella Vita!
