Bella’s Pizza

Doesn't look that well cooked, right? Nice big single slice though. It's definitely undercooked on top. Looks like they use full fat mozzerella cheese. It's a greasy slice but the sauce is tangy not sweet. Crust is cooked fine on the bottom though with a bit of charring…it tasted better than it looked from the top. Though in the end it doesn't stand out as particularly better or worse than other pizza in the immediate area. Maybe I score pizza in my area a bit too low. But I can't see anyone really into pizza reviewing giving this much better than about the low 7s. It's about as good as anything else out here. I'm going 6.7.

Super floppy, sauce has zero salt and no tang. The mozzarella is decent what best. There was no main flavor that stood out. There is not enough cheese on the slice. After a few bites I had to put salt, garlic and Parmesan on the slice to get some flavor. The slice fell apart in three different places making it impossible to hold and enjoy. The best part is the crunchy crust.

Thin slice but will flop over. Crust had a very good crunch. Slice needs just a tad more sauce to get into the 7 range.

Greasy, crust is too thin, too floppy.
