Briar Hill style Sicilian pizza is by far my favorite style pizza. The sauce and hot pepper mixed with the thick crust is my definition of a great pizza. Lots of flavor. Near perfect to me.

Dough is very thick, fluffy. Sauce is a lil salty but not too salty
