Bellissimo Pizzeria & Ristorante

Ok where we at Frankie ? we are at Bellissimo Pizzeria & Ristorante (pizza review time April 25th 6:30pm)... Second pizza review of the day because we were so disappointed with the last place that we immediately looked up another place in the area and we found this authentic Italian pizza joint and it was a decently priced pie and therefore we won’t be as harsh on it as we should be had we paid a premium for this pie. The cheese was fresh and the sauce was not homemade and The ingredients used to make the dough were of a cheaper variety and though you couldn’t tell when the pizza was fresh and piping hot, as soon as it started to cool off you could taste the cheapness in the ingredients and Bites became harder to chew and swallow and then the real cheap ingredients in the dough can fully be tasted....Having said that ....The price actually made it reasonable and that’s why the score is a little bit generous .. one bite everyone knows the rules —-> undercarriage has minor char and it did have zero flop ... ( some would call it cheaply made Frankie - We wouldn’t - some would - We wouldn’t)... we try ‘em and rate them honestly.. 1 to 10 / one bite / everyone knows the rules / bite it / score it -> 1 thru 10 -> ~> all wrapped into one ! 6.7 (professional score) Bellissimo Pizzeria & Ristorante ... perhaps throw out the recipe and start over there is no shame in that - that’s exactly what Papa John’s did they revamped their whole business with one new recipe - so that’s a lesson in business and 6.7 that’s a review!
