Overall a very good pizza. Should have been crispier. We saw someone else’s and it looked soft. We asked to make it crispy but just wasn’t crispy enough. For a brick oven it should have had a little more char on the undercarriage. Sauce was excellent. Cheese was perfect amount. Thin crust. I’d eat this again.
