Undercarriage is great, a little char, but not as much as I prefer. Great crunch, with a good chew. Big slice, NO FLOP, it's insane actually. Sauce isn't noticeable, the flavor isn't bad, but it's not incredible either. Honestly a good slice, a little more sauce or flavorful sauce would take this to a 9.0
