Pizza Review
Huge $3 slice on a busy Friday night. Big slice to the point it could be folded into a calzone almost or like a giant pizza roll. Big sloppy slice. Crust was…interesting. It was cooked well, charred, thin, and even flaky at the bottom. Unfortunately, it wasn't it a good way. Crust was falling apart like tectonic plates. Not flavorful either. I'm not sure what was going on here. Sauce? Not much to say. No herbal or natural sweetness, not garlicky or salty either, just there. Light amount of sauce too, way favoring the cheese. Cheese? Soupy mozzarella. I did see a pizza of their margarita pie that said "Grande", but it didn't taste like it was Grande mozzerella on their plain slice. By the way, mozzerella is bad greasy like it looks. Anyway, it's a sloppy looking slice slice. Sometimes that's good, unfortunately this wasn't. I'm just confused by this place, because from the looks, the Grandma looks solid and the glass counter gourmet slices looked fine. Counter man had to look for a half a minute to find a plain pie slice buried beneath the cases of frest dough. Maybe a bad pie? But now there's two reviews telling you it's not that good.
