Very good crust, too saucy for my liking but very good overall pie

By now you know, lennoll1 is not in love with the “classic Bar Pie”. But this one, known as The Old Judge, is at the upper end of the category. Tasty sauce is a prominent highlight, and crunchy thin crust is better than most competing paper-thin makers. Yum!

Got both the traditional plain and old judge. Plain was prob a 6.4 but old judge was solid

Old Judge If you’re expecting a cheesy bar pie this is not it but this pie does not disappoint . Thin well done and sauce is really good not too over powering has just the right amount of flavor. I ate half the pie before I left the parking lot .

Doesn’t get any better then these guys. Pizza. Booze. Best of both worlds.

Brick oven or old judge you can’t go wrong! Crisp and crunchy and constantly in 201 mag top 5 oldie pizza places! Great spot and they serve booze.

A bit oily but great pizza. Good sauce good cheese. Pepperoni should be more crispy. Broccoli rabe great. Mushrooms as well. Crust was crispy. I really enjoyed this pizza

As you can see Frankie, there’s sausage on this pizza. I don’t hate it, but I asked for plain so I could do a proper review. Very greasy, good structure (minimal flop), crust is more like bread you would get at a mediocre Italian restaurant. Cheese to sauce ratio you would expect from a chain bar pizza. All in all Frankie, 4.1.
