Large plain Goomba makes a good pie. Most of the time it's on the mark sometimes just a little off. You may get it a little oily other times not. Every now and then it could be slightly burnt or slightly undercooked. This time it came out the way I like it. Nice flavor and good crust. Some days you may get your order on time other days you might be waiting a while especially at dinner time. Great old school neighborhood pizzeria.
