The crust was good and the sauce was smooth.. The cheese/sauce ratio was way off. Too much cheese, I love cheese but this was rubbery and overcooked and came off the pizza like the cheese was it’s own dish. Also very greasy. I was excited to have pizza but this quickly got put in a save for later box. If I had a dog it would go to him.

Last night I made the trip to Bertolli's in River Forest. The crust was super thin and the outside pieces held up well. The middle pieces collected a lot of the grease and were pretty messy. The sauce had a fresh tomato taste with oregano and pepper. The pizza was light on the sauce and I wish that it had more. The cheese had a good flavor and a slight buttery taste. The sausage had a mild flavor and was just ok. It was a decent pizza. If I went back I would definitely order extra sauce and I would probably switch it over to pepperoni.

Da best pizza in Chicago everything is made from scratch in house perfect crunch of a crust, golden brown finish nothing beats Bertollis pizza
