Bertolo's Pizza on Pelham

Overall good pizza. A little too much oil and even when we asked for well done, the crust was still doughy. The sauce was fantastic and there wasn’t too much cheese where you lose all the toppings.

Decent, I’d eat it again, especially if it’s late. The highlight is the sauce, it’s tangy and different. I couldn’t decide if I liked it, and I think it just depends on personal preference. The undercarriage wasn’t crispy enough, kind of chewy. Cheese was okay, a little greasy. I think this is a fair score. Also, I think he was getting some onion crunch in my cheese pizza which probably added to the tanginess of the sauce.

Good pizza, but nothing to write home about. Just a step above chain pizzas.

Good average slice, great crust crisp, little grease but not too greasy, but the sauce can be a little better.

It’s pretty good kinda taste like Chucky cheese and dominos combined.
