There’s not many ways to change up a margherita pie, once you’ve had one you’ve had em all. No flop, good ingredients. I recommend the fig & prosciutto pie though, that was next level.

Has a very distinctive taste. Sauce is very good. Pepperoni is on the spicier side. Minimal flop. For a brick oven style pie, it’s a little more doughy than expected and I anticipated more crisp.
