Best Italian Cafe & Pizzeria

Hard flop… flopped onto the ground, Mostly due to toppings and sauce though. Solid pizza overall, crisp undercarriage, tasty sauce.

Pizza was solid! Got pepperoni and onions ( judge me) on NY style pie Crust had a nice crispness to it. Not too crunchy not soft. Undercarriage was nice, slice had a good deal of flop but this was due to all the toppings and plentiful cheese and sauce ( could lighten up on that) restaurant staff was nice too and pie didn’t take forever to get to us.. even on a busy Saturday night

Get a calzone

Everything about this pizza is so close to really really good. Great crust with a tad too much flop. Flop comes from the heavy sauce and cheese. Lighten up just a bit. Toppings were good and plentiful. Great tasting pizza!

Delicious, does get floppy pretty quick if you let it sit but overall, really good.

Ordered it well done… it’s crispy on the exterior, flop near the center. Really good tasting homemade crust. Great New York style pizza. This is way better then the Mellow Mushroom tourist trap. This restaurant as a whole is a hidden gym. Eat here if you want to look like an expert traveler and not a tourist.

Best in Gatlinburg. Good all around flavor, crust has a lot of flop.

Thin crispy brick oven pizza pushes it over the top. The sauce is good the toppings are generous. The flop is only due to the weight of the toppings. Awesome pizza! The moron that left the 2.5 doesn’t know good pie!

6.9 on the Dave scale. I would eat here again in a minute. It’s not in the 7’s. This is a cheesy pie, has flop, the crust itself is nice and crispy. If they backed off on the cheese the crust would be crisp throughout. Maybe add more sauce under the cheese.

Basic, solid pizza

Really good crust, good undercarriage, I love the sauce, no flop... This is a good piece of pizza!

I was suprised by this little Italian place tucked away off of the main strip. Sauce is decent, crispy crust, fresh toppings. Had some flop, cheese needed more color, could have been cooked a hair longer. Still goving it a decent score.

Had better, and had worse.. probably would have given a better score if it wasnt for the trash service here.

Good pizza terrible service

Satisfying slice of za crust is excellent and firm without being too chewy. Great ratio of cheese/sauce/dough. Amazing flavor but slightly floppy.

Very good football pizza. From what I am told this location is way better than the one on the main strip. Service was average at best but good garlic rolls and one of the best football pizzas I have had in a while

Got some of that New York flop no a terrible thing a little to greasy but overall a good pie
