Best Pies Pizzeria and Restaurant

Flop is 10/10. Dave would never but I would. Best pizza in Truckee by far.

Good quality pizza very tasty and perfect amount of tang (poo-tang)

Decent flavor, the sauce was a little watery, and too much sauce.

Where’s the sauce? Man, this is a tough one. I ordered a slice. Then my kids ordered a whole pie for themselves. Mine came with almost no sauce. Theirs was covered in it. I like sauce. But, true to our mission here, I have to rate what I got. Individual components are excellent— cheese was perfect, the little sauce I tasted was great (tangy and not too sweet), crust so thin it was simultaneously crispy and floppy. But they did me wrong on my slice. If you’re in Truckee, stop in, it’s worth your money. Just get a whole pie. Cheers.

Got the Caprese Pie, it was a solid pie but nothing that special. It was sweet and the crust was good, lots of cheese.

Not couture but decent pizza. SUPER floppy.

The only thing New York about it is the size. But the dough is my kind of dough, the sauce isn’t super sweet, the cheese is juicy! Would of been higher but the slice was a mess once I picked it up.

Solid pie but nothing spectacular except the tasty beer!

REALLY good.. but only if you ask for extra crispy. Otherwise, you’ll get a floppy crust softer than a limp dick 🤷‍♀️..oh and.... SEX

Great servers, great bar, prices are right. Pizza is terrible... floppy by somehow also burned. “NY style pizza” with sauce on top of the cheese?

Not cooked enough, not enough sauce and too greasy.

Little too crispy and could use a little more sauce but overall pretty good slice.
