Cheese slice: was pleasantly surprised by how good it was because it DID NOT look very appealing; dough is definitely the best component here, cooked very well too; decently crisp and very good harmless on underside; sauce is decent, on the sweet side but not to a detriment; the idea of raw cheese isn’t ridiculous by any means, but I would say the pizza would certainly benefit from cooking the cheese just slightly so it still has its identity but is ultimately better because I would say the “hot and cold contrast” is more pronounced than I would’ve liked; overall, good pizza, I would recommend you try it before dismissing it for its looks..
