I was disappointed its around town pizza shop cheese and sauce on a good wood Fire crust...its a bland pizza nothing special going on!

OK so this place has gotten some hype from a local magazine that named Betttola the best pizza in RI. We did not order one of their specialty pizzas, which is probably what the magazine was rating. They do have some interesting combinations of ingredients on these specialty pizzas and the pizzas have cool names too like,the "Luca Brasi" and the "Dr. Vinny Boombatz". But today they are being judged on the plain cheese. The crust was nice and crispy on the edges with a little flop in the center. There was a lot of cheese, that made it a little too greasy and noticeably salty for me. The sauce was fresh and tangy. Not a home run but pretty good. 7.1 is the score. I'll come back to try another style next time.

Fantastic crust. Barely any flop. Not sure if it's the sauce or the cheese but it's a bit salty. Little bit of grease drip. Would come here again for pizza without thinking twice. Great ambiance and music playlist as well.

Crispy crust, nice char. Very tasty sauce. Medium flop Will definitely be back.

Great crust, tangy sauce, toppings were really good but they lose .2 for some serious flop. Difficult to eat when fresh out of oven.

This is a thin crust, wood fired pizza. Ordered a pepperoni and cheese. IMHO pepperoni should be on top of the cheese so it crisps. A little flop. Good tang and flavor.
