This is my highest scoring pizza. The slice that sets the bar for all other reviews. The crust, not super thick or thin perfect. Crispy but soft in center . Good amount of oil giving it a nice flop. (I like floppy pizza) not that airy kind of crust which is low scoring for me . The cheese is seasoned and has a nice pull, not the kind you can fold down like a bed sheet. Sauce is mild with a balanced sweetness. It is perfect , I’d be interested if it will be as good at Renzos

Service was shit. Half the pie was burnt to a crisp (not well done, literally just burnt), the other side wasn't, yet the whole pie managed to have a complete flop on the undercarriage at the same time. Big disappointment. Not worth coming back to.

North Shore Classic. Nostalgia yes, crust delicious yes, sauce spot on yes, perfect cheese yes. I’m a topping guy as well but I rated this based on the plain cheese. The topping pizzas where fantastic albeit I don’t think the price point was worth the toppings.

Got the cheese slice. It was very floppy and soupy in the middle. The slice gets better as you get closer to the outside. Good crunch and char. Too soupy in the middle with good flavor.

Very crispy pie. Sauce has good flavor. Crust has a good char to it but not quite as good as wood or coal fire char. Little greasy, little floppy, but the crunch is superb.

Bianchi’s 3.0, at the newly renovated Sand Bar. As good as it’s ever been. Best in New England.

The full pie is at least an eight, probably in the middle eights. They think they can get away with sloppy throwaway slices to the beach going crowd, and they are going to get docked. A rather unremarkable slice. Go and sit down and get a full pie.

Solid pizza. It’s relocated and I hear it’s a bit less spectacular. This pizza was good, probably the best in the area, but tonight’s slices were not “drive out of my way” good. Cheese had great flavor. Crust was average.

I always get crust regrets after the review. Low 7.9. Still decent, but the crust composition needs improvement
