Very good New York style pizza for CA. Very little flop and good undercarriage.

Needs flavor sauce is average cheese is ok

One of the best pizza spots in San Jose. A must go if you like thin NY style.

Alright... Pizza Review Time!! We are here in San Jose on the corner of Minnesota and Bird at Bibo’s NY Pizza. One Bite you know the rules. Good undercarriage minimal flop. Decent sauce and really cheesy. A tasty slice of pizza!!

Really good straight forward NY slice.

Thin slightly crispy pizza with a sweet marinara sauce. The pizza was a bit on the oily side. Over all a decent pizza at a very good price.

For Cali NY style pizza it’s a 7.5 Good fold, delicious cheese and dough. It’s downfall is that it’s too thin and has minimal sauce. As a yelp review it’s a four star pizza joint.

Very good crust. Pizza had almost no sauce and was incredibly greasy. Doesn’t hold a candle to an average pizza joint in NY.

Closest thing you will get to authentic NY style pizza in California. That being said, it’s not great. Tastes like a slice you would get at a 99 cent shop in Manhattan.

Lots of grease and no sauce ok

Rich in cheese, but lacking in everything else. No sauce at all! So no tang or kick to it. A little crisp but nothing insane. It’s a good SJ flop, but only because the cheese is literally melting off. If you live for super cheesy pizza this is for you, but kind of lacking for a NY style pie. 6.3 Frankie.

Finally found a California pizza place that gives you an authentic New York style thin crust pizza! Crust was amazing! Sauce was amazing! Cheese was just the right amount, with a little bit of grease to make it perfect! Ask for extra crispy though because Californians are used to soft and doughy. I have a feeling I’ll be a regular now that I’ve found this gem

Great crisp, fresh slices. Loses a point for flop

Good slice of pie. Perfect amount of cheese. Little too much flop on the front end. Wish the crud was crispy from end to end. I’ll be back
