Bibo’s NY Pizza – Even DoorDash Couldn’t Ruin This One Alright, so I took a gamble and ordered Bibo’s NY Pizza through DoorDash—usually a dangerous game because nothing ruins a good pizza like a delivery guy with a lead foot. But folks, let me tell ya, “The Goat” arrived looking and smelling like a masterpiece. Bacon? Crispy. Goat cheese? Fancy but in a “this belongs on pizza” kinda way. And that hot honey? Who knew sweet and spicy could work so well? I took one bite and immediately questioned every plain cheese pizza I’ve ever ordered. Even after the delivery detour, the crust held up like a champ—just the right mix of chewy and crispy, like it was engineered for greatness. Bottom line? If this pizza tastes this good delivered, I can only imagine how good it is fresh. Bibo’s, you’ve got yourself a lifelong fan.

Alright... Pizza Review Time!! We are here in San Jose on the corner of Minnesota and Bird at Bibo’s NY Pizza. One Bite you know the rules. Good undercarriage minimal flop. Decent sauce and really cheesy. A tasty slice of pizza!!

Bibos is a classic. One of if not the thinnest crust pizza you will find in the Bay Area. Unfortunately it’s a bit greasy with some serious flop since the undercarriage could use some more time. In my opinion, it tastes better after it’s cooled down a bit. Solid cheese, could use some more sauce, and tasty crust CNY crust. Overall a decent NY style pie.

For Cali NY style pizza it’s a 7.5 Good fold, delicious cheese and dough. It’s downfall is that it’s too thin and has minimal sauce. As a yelp review it’s a four star pizza joint.

Rich in cheese, but lacking in everything else. No sauce at all! So no tang or kick to it. A little crisp but nothing insane. It’s a good SJ flop, but only because the cheese is literally melting off. If you live for super cheesy pizza this is for you, but kind of lacking for a NY style pie. 6.3 Frankie.

Finally found a California pizza place that gives you an authentic New York style thin crust pizza! Crust was amazing! Sauce was amazing! Cheese was just the right amount, with a little bit of grease to make it perfect! Ask for extra crispy though because Californians are used to soft and doughy. I have a feeling I’ll be a regular now that I’ve found this gem
