Bid's Place

Upon first look at the pizza it screams cheese! Being freshly made with clear view of the kitchen our pie was put together fresh and out in no time. Retrieving a slice was no easy task. With the cheese having legs for days and light sauce the pull away in its own pulled all toppings away leaving a sad wet crust that to me had little to no taste. Working around another slice taking the extra time to surgically cut and maneuver around the endless cheese and water crust mix a bit was made. The hard work and anticipation was not worth the effort. Major flop like the pie was melting. The crust was crispy on the outside and Under cooked on the inside. Changes can be made to improve and should be done quick.
