Big Apple Pizza

Now this pie is special. The cheese sticks to the pie perfectly, the sauce isn’t too heavy (which I prefer but didn’t ask for) but it has a sweet tang to it. There is a super flop but pay no mind, the under carriage is to die for and the crust is flakey and crisp. Best pie in the city, argue with a brick wall.

Phenomenal as always

Got two pies drunken margarita and a cheese. Crust was very floppy and without much flavor and the top of the cheese pizza was a little greasy, but I don’t mind that but I think made the rest of the pizza floppy. Either way really good pizza for Fort Wayne, will definitely be back

Good NY STYLE pie by the slice or full pie. Greasy.

Good NY style pie. Good cook, flop like you expect with a NY slice, greasy, real good crisp on the crust. Nice even cheese and the sauce has a touch of sweetness that compliments the tangy mozzarella.

Good crisp, classic new York style. All around best pizza in ft Wayne I’ve had. Solid 8.2

Disagreement on this one. My wife likes way more sauce which there wasn’t very much on the pizza. I thought overall, it tasted really good. I love the crust, and I thought the cheese had a good taste to it. We took an average of my score and hers.

Just ok. Average everything but if you’re hungry, it gets the job done.

It’s all about how your order.. I went with an 18 inch cheese, light sauce, well done. You gotta keep in mind this is a Fort Wayne score, not one for the big leagues..

They call it Neapolitan on their menu…it’s not. Classic NY style pies and slices here and they do not disappoint. The white margheritta is the way to go (I add pep). Crust is the perfect mix of crisp and chew with a nice salty undertone. The dallops of their garlicky sauce hits! Big fan of BA for Fort Wayne!

Good pizza. Under crust was a little floppy/soft. Not a ton of crisp. Crust was good.

Low flop little grease cheese iD tough crust has great flavor BUT undercarriage missing the mark because it’s cooked on a screen. You can’t make great pizza without hot stones

Big apple is my absolute favorite in Fort Wayne. The closest you can get to New York style pizza. Absolute banger. Could have a bit more crisp on the crust but other than that it’s a SOLID pizza.

New York Style worth the purchase

Exactly what you’d expect. Huge 24 incher. Full of cheese pep and grease. They did everything right. Exactly what it shoulda been. They’re right. Best pizza in ft. Wayne. Very similar to Goodfellas.

I absolutely love this pizza. It’s a lot to tackle, so bring an entourage, but it’s the best in Fort Wayne.

For Fort Wayne it’s pretty darn good

One bite everyone knows the rules! After reading the reviews I was pretty hyped to try this place, so forgot to snag a pic of the whole pie before digging in. Anyways, not a bad spot. Tons of pizza for the money which is a great starting point. First impression, maaajor flop, very doughy. A little light on the sauce, but tasty never the less. The shining aspect was the rest of the ingredients, cheese and pepperoni were delicious. This was the Hell’s Kitchen pizza we had some garlic which was a nice touch. Also had the white margarita because another reviewer said it was the best marg they had, maybe I don’t like that style, but 6.2 on that one. The picture you see here, I reheated with oven at 300, crisped up and was probably honestly better than fresh. Probably not going to all the way downtown regularly, but definitely worth it to try.
